Cooking Classes
On various Saturday's throughout the summer, Mawita will be offering cooking classes with Chef Mawa McQueen. Each cooking class will focus on creating a different dish from salsas to arepas to tacos. Please check mawita.com for the full summer event schedule and to find out about any specials.

Mawita is the newest addition to Chef Mawa McQueen's - a James Beard semifinalist nominee 2022 and the 2020 & 2022 Colorado Governors Minority business winner of the year - collection of restaurants. Mawita is located on the top floor of The Collective building in Snowmass Base Village, next to the ice skating rink. We strive to bring every customer a high level of service in a fun and inviting atmosphere.
